Town of Littleton Deliberative Session
Session extended to second night.
Following a brief hearing pertaining to the Article 14, the town of Littleton held it’s annual deliberative session last night. The Littleton High School cafeteria once again hosted the meeting for the town. At the start of the meeting, Chairman Schuyler Sweet made a motion that regardless of the evening’s progress, the meeting should end at 10pm and resume the following evening. The town and it’s elected representatives discussed the ballot issues for 4 hours. Unfortunately, the 4 hours was only enough time to work through the first 22 Articles. The remaining articles (23 through 41) will be presented for deliberation this evening, Tuesday, February 6th 2018, at 6pm at the Littleton High School.
Below are parts 1 and 2 of last nights meeting. Part 1 is the opening of the meeting and covers Articles 2, 3, 4 and 5. Part 2 covers Articles 6 through 22. For more information, and a list of all of the Articles for the 2018 ballot, please refer to the Town of Littleton, NH website.
