Littleton Budget: Fire & Ambulance…

Littleton 2018 budget process continues.

The Littleton Budget committee continued discussion for 2018 with a hat trick of meetings recently. With a meeting on the 2nd last week, and one on Tuesday the 9th, the Fire Department was the central focus. Both the 2nd and 9th centered mostly around the Calex ambulance with the Fire Department. Conversation surrounded both ideas of renewing the Calex contract, or implementing the town’s own Emergency Medical Response team. Both the Fire Chief and Fire Captain were available for comment and shared in the conversation of the difficult scenario facing the town.
