LRH Community Meeting

Littleton Regional Healthcare hosted their 111th annual meeting.

On Monday, Robert Nutter, William Bedor, and the Board of Trustees welcomed guests to the hospital. The celebration reviewed the past year’s highlights, while also looking forward at the vision that North Country Healthcare and LRH have set into motion.

The evening’s presenters shared with the audience different accomplishment, and outlined the NCH strategy to build a cohesive network of providers for the north country. CEO Warren West shared North Country Healthcare’s Vision and Mission. He shared how NCH had completed its strategic plan for 2017 and how they integrated three home health agencies into NCH.

Mr. West continued to expand on the achievements of LRH in 2017. The network has started to consolidate HR functions and benefits. Different job titles and pay grades are now unified into a single system. This helps add to the cohesive nature of the expanding network. This transition, along with other consolidation efforts system wide, created a shared savings of $6.5 million. He also showcased the new unified logos the different care facilities will use moving forward. The different agencies all shared the same NCH logo with the stylized cross and branding.
